I'd rather be Significant than Successful

John Maxwell says success is when I add value to myself, but significance is when I add value to others. Success in life is about yourself, and significance is about others. I couldn't believe this to be more true. It is so easy to put your worth and value into a title or a dollar amount, but then where does the buck stop?
